Rockwell Group

The ANdAZ Hotel grand staircase wood components have been fabricated by Pure Timber LLC in Gig Harbor, Washington. Designed at the Rockwell Group, partner companies fabricated the steel frame and the glass banister. Pure Timber built it like a large curved yacht hull that is strip planked. Pure Timber also fabricated the stair treads, the interior curved skirts next to the stair treads, the stair nosing, risers and curved handrails. Current Status of the project: Complete.
