Round 1.5" Bending Handrail for 24"+ radii, 7 foot x 1.5" x 1.5"

We have up to 8' lengths in this bending handrail, but usually charge for 7' to allow for run out in our dowel maker. Your piece will be over 7'. We can get you 8' if you order multiple pieces where we can run them end to end without snipe in the molder. No extra charge for the 8', but we need a large order to produce it. Consider that your discount if you order more than 5 pieces, that you will get 8' instead of the 7' you pay for.

Note that FedEx and UPS happily charge a generous shipping fee to go over 4' in length. For my handrail customers, we can't avoid it. Allow 3 weeks to produce your handrail. We keep the wood fresh so it has the most elasticity when you bend it, and run it through the dowel maker after you order it.

Join as many as needed for your length. Use rail bolts or scarf joints. We make this mainly in compressed red oak, or white oak, but also often in elm, ash, sycamore, hackberry, and sugarberry,. Please specify your species needed in your order notes. If you need it to bend to a radius tighter than 24", we can get you to as tight as 8" with 1.5" handrail. The price is about 50% higher though, and you'll need to ask us about this custom product.
