Extreme Bending Handrail for 6" radii, 8 foot x 3.0" x 1.0"

Laminate your Extreme bent curved handrail in two or three layers with these planks. Use 2 of these planks for up to 2" thick handrail, and 3 planks for up to 3" thick handrail. This handrail can bend to very extreme radii as tight as 6". Perfect for turns and twists on very tight turns in stairways. For gentler bending, use our planks with half compression, and it will cost you less than the extreme bending planks. Order as many 8' planks that will be needed for your laminations and run

Bend, dry, and glue up. If desired, the material can be shaped before bending while it is still a straight plank. Join as many as needed for your length, and consider staggering your glue joint for long runs rather than using rail bolts. This is compressed elm, ash, hackberry, sugarberry, red oak, or white oak. Maple and Cherry are usually also available at a higher price.
